I received my Accounting Degree from Clemson University in 1996 and my MBA Degree from Winthrop University in 1999. Most Realtors® only know the real estate industry. I have experience as a mortgage loan officer, mortgage underwriter, real estate investor, and an Accountant.
Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I had the opportunity of buying and selling my first two homes (1 with the use of a Realtor® and 1 without a Realtor®). So, I have a few 1st time home buyer horror stories to share of my own. This provided me with a lot of questions that were only answered when I got into real estate myself.
